Explore beautifully preserved historic Clyde, a special place to be on Easter Sunday when the annual Clyde Wine and Food Harvest Festival is held. Spend a day or more on the Otago Central Rail Trail (starts or ends in Clyde). Fish for salmon on the Clutha River and trout in high country lakes, cycle or walk established scenic walkways along the river – a must is the Commissioners Walk.
